What are we looking for?

Academic Background: While previous experience in accountancy is not required, a strong academic background, particularly in mathematics and finance-related subjects, is beneficial. We welcome applications from school leavers, graduates, and individuals seeking a career change.

Work Experience

We do offer work experience placements at Elsby & Co during the summer months. Due to an overwhelming amount of applications for work experience in 2024, we are now unable to accept any further applications. Anyone who has sent an application will be responded to in due course.
